Consciousness III Pudding

If you're old enough to remember the 70s, you just may have eaten some of this when suffering from a bad case of the munchies...

1. Combine the butter, carob powder and vanilla.

2. Place eggs in an electric blender and blend until frothy.

3. Add butter mixture and honey and blend until well mixed.

4. Add ricotta and blend until smooth. To take the dessert one step further, into Consciousness IV, add one of the optional ingredients. Pour into a serving bowl.
